“Initially I subscribed to the level 3 Sports Massage Therapist course with Helen Wright. I thoroughly enjoyed the course, I found the work set out was appropriate and to the point with great tuition from Helen  making you feel relaxed and providing support throughout the course!

Having completed the level 3 course and enjoying it so much, I felt confident enough to continue onto the level 4 Qualification.”

“The level 4 sports massage course I completed was well organised and the course content was also very well structured. The field based practical work was excellent and very much hands on and provided essential experience for students and therapists.

As a therapist I would strongly recommend this type of course to any student as it has given me the necessary skills and practical based experience I need as a mobile therapist.”

“I started training as a Sports Massage Practitioner approximately a year and a half ago with Helen Wright, it has been an amazing experience. Before starting the course I was very active and did various sporting activities. After completing a massage course I wanted to learn more and specialise within the sports field. I got in touch with Helen after she was recommended to me by my massage tutor.

As soon as I started the Sports Massage Course I knew I made the right choice.  Helen made the training easy and never over complicated things, we always had the right equipment and were informed of any sports events taking place for us to complete our work.

I also found the course enjoyable and Helen was always available if there were any questions I had, one thing guaranteed Helen supported her students. Since completing the Sports Massage course I have met some really nice and interesting people and I still continue to use the skills that I have learnt. Sports Massage has made me want to learn more within this field and I would recommend the course to anyone who has an interest in sport, learn something new, wants to add to skills that they already have; or someone who is looking for a change.”

“Years ago when I was injury free and in my prime I had a few niggles that no one could help me with; I searched far and wide throughout the midlands and had treatments with all sorts of physios but no one could cure me. By chance I met Helen and I was shocked by how painful her treatments were…lol; amazingly all of my aches and pains disappeared!

She is the best in the business when it comes to injury prevention and healing injuries; I have recommended her to so many friends and families who are dedicated to different sports and activities and her treatments have always delivered, she’s a true consummate professional.”

  • Gina Disney

“I decided when I reached 30 that I wanted to learn sports massage…luckily I found Helen Wright…from having a small amount of knowledge in that field I managed to pass my ‘A & P’, full body massage and on to sports massage level 4. The support from Helen was fantastic as I have low confidence levels, she always gave great feedback and ensured that I was heading in the right direction. After passing those courses I went on to study Indian head massage, hot stone and lymphatic drainage, all with wonderful patient tutors.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this training college and I always look out for other courses to further my learning. Thank you Helen and all the team!”

“I attended the VTCT Sports Massage Course, Levels 3 & 4 earlier this year (2012). The course was run professionally with Helen being efficient and supportive. The amount of supervised hours massaging clients really helps to put the theory in to practice and she really helped me to think differently in order to treat each client individually. I now work as a self employed Sports Massage Therapist.”

“It took months of searching to find the right course and then I found Helen Wright. I love her no nonsense approach to teaching, you would be hard pressed to find another tutor as knowledgeable and caring in the midlands area.”
