Helen has worked within the Sports Massage industry since becoming qualified in 1996.
She comes from a fitness background and has a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of working alongside sports people from all walks of life and age groups. This includes private clients, amateur, semi-professional & professional sports people.
VTCT approved Level 3 Sports Massage Course
Location: The Workhouse Gym, Castle Donington. DE74 2UT
The course will be partly home study, involving completing assignments, conducting research, practising, case studies, and revision.
The practical learning element will be under the full guidance of qualified and experienced tutors.
